DIY Diffuser - Mark II.5

I have a few version of the diy diffuser that I had made before the so called Mark II.5. I name it Mark due to certain reason. I was first exposed to Canon. I love the work Mark, which Canon use on their 5d and 1d series. I just used it to refer to the different version of my diy diffuser. I started off with a Mark I.

This was the very first diy diffuser that I made. Quite simple. Just 1 strap and a flap which I used for diffusing the lights to illuminate subject close to my flash.
I used it for a while, then I come up with a Mark II.

The only different betweek Mark I and Mark II was simple, an additional flap. From the image of Mark II, you can see that I have tape both the flap together. It was due to some wear and tear of the material. That was what I have been using all these while for my 430EXII.
Mark II does attract a lot attention from people. Mostly were wondering what was that. Some even thought it’s the wrapping that I didn’t remove.
It works great for me. Manage to control the light quite a bit. But Mark II need to be upgraded. Thus comes the recent Mark II.5.

As you can see, the addtional 2 accessories that I have yet to test. A bounce card and a white balance gel for the flash.
Bounce card should work fine, but I need to test the white balance gel to see if it meets the same lighting condition that I usually encounter with when I do shooting in restaurant.
Giving it a short test for the shooting tomorrow.

Shall post more photo of how the diffuser actually looked like when attached to my 430EXII.
Btw, the idea of such a diffuser comes from one of the clip that I saw on youtube. Try looking for it. “A Better Bounce Card” by Peter Gregg.
